9.04 installer and dual booting

Not exactly. When I installed Ubuntu on my Fujitsu laptop that came
preinstalled with Vista, I did the install a quick and dirty way in
that I didn't repartition the drive at all. I just stuck the CD in the
drive, booted up Vista, ran the installer in Vista and it carved out a
"disk" of the appropriate size, and a few minutes later it was done. I
was actually surprised how well it worked.

Only later did I upgrade (through update-manager -d) to Jaunty on the laptop.

So in a sense, I do dual-boot Jaunty with Vista, but perhaps not in
the way you expect.
