9.04 installer and dual booting

Has anyone tried dual booting 9.04 with vista yet? I did an install 
earlier today and noticed what i thought to be a new option in the 
partitioner to 'install alongside Vista' as opposed to using a seperate, 
unallocated partition although i had already split the drive up and so 
installed linux on the unallocated partition. But i was wondering if 
anyone has tried the other option and how it worked?
