I have a 2GB Sandisk Sansa Clip, and I use the drag and drop method
myself. But, what I can't find is a model M350. Is that a typo? Do we
really have the same player? If we do, I'll be glad to help you find the
difference between our setups.
Did you update the firmware? Mine is V01.01.29A
