Trouble getting sound on videos

Hi,
the same thing happened to me a while ago. I didn't do anything and just
waited a few days. It was corrected with other updates, and I have no idea
of what caused it. I found a temporary solution maybe that can help until
you find out why. If you really need to see the videos use the text editor,
open File System /tmp and copy the video to your desktop (just drag it). Now
you should be able to see and hear the video by double clicking it on your
desktop.
