If you want to keep the Win2K server, then opt to dual boot. I can help
you reset the password to null. That said; you should the install
process should have recognized an existing Win install and informed you
that a section of the drive was/is formated to FAT32 or NTFS. You might

No. The installation process will prepare and format the partitions for you.
