Your menu's Windows Stanza seems OK to me.
Can you tell us what device/partition you have Windows on (e.g.
/dev/sda1) so we can see if the grub nomenclature is pointing to the
right place (although it probably is).
I think the most likely scenario is that you don't have support for
your windows filesystem in your kernel. Is your XP using Fat32 or NTFS?
See what type it is (fdisk /dev/sda should show you) then from a
terminal run:
lsmod | grep [either vfat or ntfs or whatever your XP is]
If you don't get anything listed then that's the problem.
