Vbox 2.0.0 upgrade on Ubuntu Hardy AMD64 blowing up

How difficult was it to upgrade to 2.0.0? Are you able to virtualize
64-bit as well as 32-bit now? AFAICT that was supposed to be possible
in "next major release", whatever that is.

And is it yet in the repos?
