scrolling in firefox with flash without choppyness

Hi everyone,

Any one have any suggestions on making it so that when I scroll on a
page with Flash in Firefox that it doesn't get all choppy and
sluggish?  It seems to only happen when there's Flash on the page.  I'm
currently using the Adobe Flash plugin.  Any thoughts?
