IRC CLI and other keyboard formats

Thanks, I have seen that answer and it does not work because it takes
forever and my anti computer computer users would kill me if I showed
them that. I often change back and forth several times in an email.
With KDE it is easy, just click the flag and it is changed to the
other keyboard. Click it again and it is on to the third and then back
to the first. Perfect, but with CLI I am always stuck with the worse
pick for me; the keyboard on the computer which is German.
