IRC CLI and other keyboard formats

I did a little googling and found:

sudo dpkg-reconfigure console-setup

The default settings are highlighted, I wouldn't change anything else 
except the layout.

P.S. I just switched the keys on my keyboard over to dvorak It's taking 
me forever to type this. :-)
