Hello,

I have the next problem. When I launch some applications over Ubuntu
8.10, whose use OpenGL, I receive the following error:

   xcb_lock.c:33: _XCBUnlockDisplay: Assertion
`xcb_get_request_sent(dpy->xcb->connection) == dpy->request' failed.

But the same applications, running over Ubuntu 6.06 work perfectly. And
if I try to launch them over Ubuntu 7.10, I get the next backtrace:

   The error was 'BadLength (poly request too large or internal Xlib
length erro'.
 (Details: serial 675311 error_code 16 request_code 74 minor_code 0)
 (Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
  that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
  To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line
  option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
  backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.)

What kind of problem they are? Can anybody help me please? I've been
trying it for about two months ago.

Thanks. Kind regards,

Julio
