That's your copy of the stable release /candidate/. Not the stable release.

Sure, it's likely that little will change now. But any change at all 
makes the file useless if the primary reason the OP wants it is, as I 
inferred from his post, to help with the torrent distribution. For that, 
he *must* have the ISO of the disc he intends to distribute, not the 
nearly-the-same previous version.
