G'day there Jeff,

> 1) put the blank CD-R in the burner
> 2) right click on the ISO image
> 3) find "Open With" and select Nero (it gave me "express essentials")
> 4) burn the image with verification (I suggest a speed < MAX)

    Make sure you select "Burn Image to Disk" or whatever it's called. 
Don't just copy the file across or save it as a normal file. ISO's are 
complete images of what's on a CD/DVD and if you save it to a disk, or 
drag and drop, you'll simply have another file that you can't open 
without special software.

    If you just select that option, then you should have no problems 
with the instructions as given.
