Start up Synaptic
Mark "Evolution" for removal
Apply
Parts of the Evolution deps are also deps for other addons like
Gnome-Panel and so forth... If you mark for Complete Removal you'll
take down half of your desktop.
Be aware, there's nothing stopping you from installing Thunderbird
and/or any other Mozilla code and just leaving Evolution lying there,
unused and untouched, if you feel a little uneasy about removing it.
