You can't call anyone who disagrees with you a fanboi purely on the

Either you don't need to back this up, and so take the logical next step

Surely it would be naive to take your word for it that this is just one 
of many, given that this is the only one anyone can bring up some 
evidence of?

Similarly, his getting caught once doesn't mean he does it very often.
