While I don't think it impossible that he has helped many users
offlist, as I have installed Ubuntu on over 20 peoples computers and
none are list members, I do find his language not fitting for someone
who implied that he is a professional system admin. Res, please lay
off the insults and name-calling, and do both yourself and your
profession a favor. This is a _community_. Reminds me of XKCD:
