Intrepid Ibex (8.10) font weirdness

A number of people have seen this web page that I put up, but I
haven't had any responses. Am I really the odd one out who doesn't see
this font discrepancy as a problem? I've opened a bug in launchpad
too, but no-one's saying anything there either :(
