Bind - one pc,two ips ,two dns servers

Why do you want this? Are you going to host one zone on one ip and 
another on another? Do you have a whole host of zones on one ip that you 
want to keep separate from others? Are these ips on different subnets 
where you have two different connections?

You can have BIND bind to both ips and serve the zones on both ips on a 
single instance. Do you really want two different instances?
