Bind - one pc,two ips ,two dns servers

Having 2 nameserver from a single machine is defeating purpose of having multiple nameserver at all. You will have a single point of failure that easily if your machine is down (or router is down), both nameserver will be down and your domains will be unreacheable from world.

I have 3 namerservers located on 3 different network segments for my domains. It is something that you should pay or otherwise you should hosted them to professional hosting services.
