base-files conflicts with fsvs

when upgrading base-files package with installed fsvs environment the package upgrade fails with following error:
find: Symbolic link `/etc/fsvs/6666cd76f96956469e7be39d750cc7d9/_base/sys/devices/virtual/net/lo/subsystem/eth0/device/subsystem/devices/0000:01:05.0/host1/target1:0:1/1:0:1:0/subsystem/drivers/sd/0:0:0:0/block:sda/sda1/holders/dm-0/subsystem/fd0/device/subsystem/devices/i8042/serio1/subsystem/drivers/atkbd/serio0/input/input1/subsystem/input3/subsystem' is part of a loop in the directory hierarchy; we have already visited the directory to which it points.                                                                                      
another error message: 
find: Filesystem loop detected; `/etc/fsvs/6666cd76f96956469e7be39d750cc7d9/_base/proc/1/task/1/cwd/proc' has the same device number and inode as a directory which is 5 levels higher in the filesystem hierarchy.
