HELP !!! No more task-bare and menu bare

On the root account I have *again* the menu bare and the task bare and I 
*CAN* start my apps as Thunderbird to reply your mail. How can I start 
my apps on my personal account if the menu bare is not displayed ?

Please help me to restore my desktop, before that thanks to my root 
account to permit me to work :-)
