Thanks for your advice, I have now done this (after checking who you
were and that the script did not appear to be malicious ;-).
After running the script from a live CD, my data has been uploaded to:

If you can work out what I need to do to get my soundcard working again,
I'd be very grateful! Thanks for all of your contributions to sound on
Linux, your work is appreciated (as is that of all the other devs), even
if us ordinary users do grumble when things go wrong.. :)
