libhtml-mason-perl: Newer version available

1.39 is in lenny, so I'm not sure why is it kept 1.36 in intrepid.
I'm reporting this as a bug rather than a wishlist because we have it
segfaulting in combination with Log::Dispatch::ApacheLog, which
doesn't happen when upgraded to 1.39
