Ok, here is my menu.lst file which I modified to add a new kernel 
update. The added entry is the first Linux kernel listed, and all I did 
to add it was copy and paste the one below it, then change the numbers 
in the kernel and initrd lines to match the new kernel version. Worked 
like a charm!
