mailmanadmin at lists:~$ postconf | grep myorigin
append_at_myorigin = yes
myorigin = /etc/mailname
mailmanadmin at lists:~$ cat /etc/mailname is the desired domainname.

Yet the emails sender domain is (as is the 
hosts dns entry)
