Starting lug server questions

I am in a bit of a perdicament at the moment. I just upgraded my internet connection to a 50 mbps plug and am starting a lug. I need several linux compatible pieces of software, a mailing list server, an email server, a web server that is php compatible, a web forum, and a compatible sql server. Can someone point me in the right direction and give me a few how to guides on how to install them. They need to be compatible with my 62 year old grandmother. Thanks in advanced. Robinstar1574
