Ubuntu freezes randomly

I ran this and the freezing problem occurred again shortly after. This 
time all I had open was Thunderbird, Konquerer and Open Office. It froze 
when I opened a web page - not a very interactive one, either, no flash 
or any thing running on it.

I haven't actually configured the wireless card, since nothing I've done 
seems to work, so right now I'm sticking to a wired connection.
