Installing Ubuntu with WinXP

Hi, if you want to install Ubuntu inside Windows, then if you look in the
package there'll be a file called Wubi.exe. Just run that and follow the
instructions. This creates a virtual disk which Ubuntu recognizes as
bootable, and creates a boot menu so you can start either Windows or Ubuntu
without any partitioning whatsoever. Hope that helps.

Subject: Installing Ubuntu with WinXP

      Hello,

I'm planning to install Ubuntu on my laptop, which already has WinXP
Professional installed on it. The complete hard disk [80GB] is single
partitioned.

So I have some questions on installing Ubuntu.

      1. If I use a partitioning software to partition my hard disk, what
file system should I specify for Ubuntu?

      2. Is it possible to load Ubuntu with WinXP in the first place?

Hope someone can help me with these.

      Thanking in advance.
