Your are messing your bw units, making it really hard to know to what kind of speed you are referring...
You said before that you have 14megabits/s from your ISP, correct?
With wifi, the maximum speed I've ever got was around 3MegaBytes/s, usually it goes around 700-1000 KB/s.

Please confirm your numbers.
