Be careful - I have a "Ximeta NDAS" external 120gb with a network
interface on it, that interface only works with Windows after you load
some crap driver which makes it BSOD. :) Sharing it via USB works
great and this one doesn't spin down.
I've been looking at this for a while, waiting to build my own external
storage solution:
