VirtualBox causing big peaks in CPU

I don't have VB running on Gutsy, but can attest to the high cpu even in
1.5.6; monitoring in top (top -d1) I see that VB is going as high as 96%
on occasion. This is on a 2.4Ghz/784MB machine running 1 VM Win2KPro set
for 168MB.
