I am on 7.10 but have Hardy loaded in another partition. I have a
common /home/karl/ partition I load with /etc/fstab. This works fine.
The 3.x Firefox adopted the settings I have on the Home directory. And
it appears to work fine.
Still have the problem on boot to Hardy where it says the Home
partition is currupt. But just keep going and it loads fine.
