No it isn't.  As you can see, he said he needs USB.  

virtualbox-ose is in universe, but doesn't support USB.  "virtualbox" comes
from the vendor site (where I have no trouble finding a 32-bit version for
gutsy, but there doesn't appear to be a hardy version yet).
