Wine problems with new vm.mmap_min_addr setting

Worth noting: Ubuntu 8 introduced

vm.mmap_min_addr = 65536

in /etc/sysctl.conf. Unfortunately this idea causes problems with
some Wine apps, messages like (this one from CodeWeavers Wine, but
winehq also shows similar):

preloader: Warning: failed to reserve range 00000000-68000000
err:dosmem:setup_dos_mem Cannot use first megabyte for DOS address space, please

are likely (in my case Internet Explorer stopped to work).

The workaround is simple -
- but it takes time to get the clue of what is going on.
