wireless speed in network manager

Honestly i never heard of the dark sucker theory. I don't get to hear much info or go online to find it. I'd try wolfgang.org but i don't know what it would be called.

I may be wrong and I usually am, but would you not find the answer in 
the same repository as "Dark Sucker" theory?
