Problem upgrading from 7.10 to 8.04

The server hasn't that package now, so you can't fetch it. Try late.
It can append when servers must update the list of packages that holds.
When a developers upgrade a package in the package list, all servers
*must* synchronize.. It is possible that you were downloading while it
was synchronizing. So the server hasn't the package.

Solution:
1. wait
2. try an other server
