Huge icons a bit smaller please

Hi Riemer,
try "System" menu > "Preferences"  >  "Screen Resolution"
and change to 1280 X 1024

or

You may need to do  sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg   in a terminal, 
and add the above resolution to the list there.
