Huge icons a bit smaller please

You can try going into Preferences - Appearance and go to the font tab.

Select details...

Make sure your DPI is set to 96.

If that's good, reduce your font sizes from 10 to 8.

Then, open Nautilus, choose Edit - Preferences and set icon size to 75% 
or smaller.
