Thanks guys for the response and sorry for reposting. I don't know what
to say - it wasn't working for a few days, then I opted to reboot my
lappy into Ubu and it just worked. Odd as heck.
Now, is it safe to say for the use of multiple
weps, /etc/network/interface would look something like this:
iface ath0 inet static
address 192.168.15.240
netmask 255.255.255.0
gateway 192.168.15.1
wireless-key1 00000000000000000000000000
wireless-key2 00000000000000000000000000
wireless-key3 00000000000000000000000000
wireless-key4 00000000000000000000000000
wireless-essid example
As to my Ubu version, 7.10 - sorry I forgot that also.
