Mail Notification SSL/TLS support

Thanks for your reply.

I have read the README.debian. It just states SSL is disabled to 
licensing issues. No information about enabling SSL. Also, I am using 
Kbiff and it does work OK, but I prefer Mail Notification and would like 
to be able to use it for my IMAP accounts.
