This is very little information, can't you find anything in a logfile
somewhere? How are you trying to post? From Evolution, Firefox, your own
mailserver?
In very general terms, where you had smtp.your.old.isp you should change
this to smtp.your.new.isp in whatever software you are using to post. And
ask your new isp which mailserver you should use for posting, he should
give you that information.
If you are still allowed to use the mailserver of your old isp it may be
you could use this without authentication from within the network of the
old isp but will have to authenticate yourself when you are using the
network of your new isp.
