Mounting NetBSD drivers (ffs filesystem) on Ubuntu?

Howdy!

I'm planning to migrate a server from NetBSD to Ubuntu... :)

Now I have a big (1TB) disk which is ffs file system... can I directly 
mount it on Ubuntu? Or do I need special tools? Or do I need to keep my 
NetBSD machine up for some more time to tar cf - | rsh tar xvf - the 
disk from the NetBSD machine to the Ubuntu machine?
