D-Link Question

I have a D-Link WUA-2340 usb wireless adaptor. I have installed the
driver in ndisWrapper and it shows that the device is present as wlan0.
I've not been able to get it to work however. I'm using it on a Sony
VAIO laptop which also has Intel wireless built in. I wanted to try the
D-Link to see if I could make my connection run faster. (108)mbps. Thus
it is not vital and was to be an experiment. I'm running Hardy with
kernel  2.6.24-12-386.

Anyone have success with one of these?
