Accessing Synaptic Manager

Hi,

As the error message says, enter the given command in a console window 'dpkg
--configure -a'. I think you should give it with root privileges. That is
'sudo dpkg --configure -a'.
I think this happens because a previous installation did not finish
gracefully.
