Others have noted that you need Wine to run Windows programs on Ubuntu.
Also see my other post in this thread that provides useful links for
Wine.

That is probably a viable option, since the Clue dictionary seems to
work well under Wine, according to the Wine compatibility database:

However, alternative and native options might exist for Ubuntu, so if
you'd post what features you are looking for in a dictionary, someone
might be able to offer advice.
