Open Office default page layout question

When I open a new Open Office writer document the page margins are set to 0.79 inches.   I know how to reset these for a document, but I can't figure out how to make 1 inch margins the default for all new documents.

I would think that Tools>Options>OpenOffice.org Writer would have a module allowing the default page format to be set, but, no luck.

Can someone point me in the right direction!
