likewise howto

can anyone point me in the direction of an howto for using likewise on Hardy?
their site doesnt help much, and the only thiing I could find was a link for their mailinglist.
I dont want to be in one more ML, just to ask ONE question, so if anyone here could me, I would appreciate.
