May be you should consider the idea to write something on the wiki, this
is where I (and almost everybody else, I guess) go first when I need
information.
When I had to use VB I Found the guide on the wiki
(https://help.ubuntu.com/community/VirtualBox) clear and complete
enough, but you could add your findings to the self same page, or else
do a VirtualBoxQuickstartGuide page.
