How to get VMWare server to access USB stick?

1.  shut down your XP guest OS
2.  close the VMWare Server Console
3.  Attach your USB device (if it is a drive, do not mount it)
4.  Open VMWare Server Console
5.  Start your XP VM
6.  Once XP is started you should be able to "attach" the USB device to
XP through the Removable Devices menu.
