Hi,
I would like to know the reasons why http://help.ubuntu.com is 
httpS-only. It is really annoying for us in the bottom of the world, 
with a high latency (and expensive) internet acces because we cannot 
cache any content.
I would like to launch a discussion on un-S-ing (dont use httpS) that 
website, but I dont know where to begin.
Would you?
